Interview Questions
One on one interviews were based around behavioural questions - prepare anecdotes for the typical scenarios/situations raised. Simulation exercise focussed on discovery: testing ability to be able to dig deeper into customer context and painpoints during a role play of an initial customer call. Being assessed on: being able to assess pricing based on size of userbase, likely growth, messaging tools to be used. Ability to dig into deeper detail on the customer's toolkit. Ability to solution sell at the practitioner level and executive level.
