Phone Agent startup that is already transforming operations for high-profile companies like Y Combinator, Twilio, SendBird, and The Cleveland Cavaliers. This 40-employee, Series B company ($65 million in total funding), which has doubled its workforce over the last 12 months, is hiring Account Executives to sell $100k to $300k+ ACV SaaS deals to Fortune 1000 companies. This role reports to the Head of GTM and works from our San Francisco office at least 2 or 3 days each week.

Role
- Individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of GTM and working hybrid from your home office and our San Francisco office.
- $120k to $140k+ base salary, commensurate with previous quota achievement. OTE is double your base. Uncapped compensation plan with accelerators.
- Compensation plan includes company equity and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
- Top candidates have 5+ years of experience targeting senior-level decision-makers (VP, Senior Director) at complex organizations (typically 500 to 5,000+ employees).
- Experience selling Enterprise-sized deals while working for a Series A/B startup is strongly preferred.
- You will sell to a variety of titles, including VP of Operations, VP of Product, CTO, Head of Sales, and Head of Contact Center.
- We are looking for tenacious sellers who have a strong technical aptitude and strong tenures.

Official Job Description
Ideally, this is a full-time role located in San Francisco, CA, though it is okay to be remote sometimes (and we make exceptions for truly special candidates)! As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be closing deals with enterprise clients. This is not a full-cycle role, so your focus will be on doing everything in your power to get each deal over the line. You’ll be joining our quickly growing sales org as one of our first 5 AEs, with the chance to make an outsized impact!

Required Skills and Experience
- You have at least 3+ years of work experience in an AE or a similar closing role.
- You have experience selling to enterprise clients.
- You have a minimum of 2+ years at a B2B SaaS company.
- You pay attention to small details and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally on a small team.
- You are empathetic and hardworking.
