This is a hybrid role based out of their San Francisco office (2 to 3 days in office each week). You will report to the Head of SMB Sales.

Our client has built an AI-powered Sales Assistant Platform designed to automate repetitive tasks in dialing, prospecting, and coaching, enabling sales representatives to focus more on the human aspects of selling and significantly boost pipeline generation. Key features include AI Dialing Assistant, AI Prospecting Assistant, AI Coaching Assistant, and Virtual Sales Floor.
Role
- Individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of SMB Sales, and working hybrid from their San Francisco office.
- $95k base salary, $180k OTE. Uncapped comp plan with accelerators. Company equity, 100% covered medical benefits, and 401(k) are included.
- You have 3+ years of total sales experience, including time as both an SDR and an AE.
- You must have experience using modern AI sales tools such as Nooks, JustCall, Talkdesk, Orum, etc. If you’ve used our solution, you are at the top of the list!
- You will call on Head of Sales, Head of Sales Development, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and related titles.

The Role
We’re looking for an early Account Executive, Commercial to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. You shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty and prospect yourself. You’ll be involved in closing deals and improving our sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- You’ll run discovery calls, align key stakeholders, and close deals.
- Source pipeline to help you hit revenue goals.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Evangelize the product and help close deals within our Commercial segment.
- Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience and a track record of exceeding quota (SDR/AE management experience a strong plus).
- Experience selling to SMB/Mid-Market.
- Experience working as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
