Our client is expanding its Sales and SDR teams, seeking motivated Account Executives who are eager to drive growth, manage their own pipeline, and sell advanced AI solutions. With a strong track record and cutting-edge technology, Our client is positioned for continued success in the sales technology space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Engage with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with detailed notes on interactions and progress with leads.
- Work closely with sales executives to pass qualified leads and provide necessary information for successful conversions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better tailor outreach strategies.
- Set up appointments for sales executives with qualified leads to discuss their needs and present solutions.
- Monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements to strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field can be beneficial. Some companies may consider candidates with relevant internships or entry-level experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with prospects and team members.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of sales tools and technologies.
- Strong self-discipline and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to identify prospects' pain points and provide relevant solutions. Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and market trends.
- Willingness to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
