Looking to boost conversations internally. We have a weekly 1:1, and I know we could get more value out of our conversations, sometimes I'm just not sure what to discuss.

discuss connects, emails, objections, product marketing, competitors, requests, chit chat, you'd be surprised how a little chit chat off work topics can drive grease to a well-tempered relationship between you and your superior where each other is comfortable speaking honestly w each other
