12-17 Friday Happy Thread - let’s close down the year edition

Well what can we say, but the end of the year is here. Q4 is functionally over. Depending on your vacation time you probably have less than 3 days left this year. How’d you end up? I handily beat quota this year and took on a small promotion. Happy times at work.


I’ll be chasing the year end with some Bourbon County Stouts from Goose Island tonight. Stumbled on them at my local beer spot and will be working on those to celebrate being done for the year.

Finally closing in on some new logos to close out the year with. Have a very nice bottle of whiskey I’m saving for the occasion, but for now it’s some crisp cold filtered cold lagered Rocky Mountain water as always

Beat quota, beat my personal financial goals for the year, woke up this morning looking like a beautiful goddess. I have no complaints. 

I love me some Goose Island - their IPA is quite nice!

Today I'mma drink beer. I'm feeling something dark like my soul. Nothing big planned for tonight other than cleaning up my apartment half in the bag. Going to a lil party tomorrow night.

Also love how these threads have gotten posted earlier and earlier as we get closer to EOY. Big "fuck it" energy.

This is my best year on record, which beats last year as the best year on record. Nov closed as the highest earnings in company history, yet I still had to deal with some asshole emails from the boss today.

In light of that, I've decided I'm gonna spend the rest of the year gaming, vaping and drinking myself into a stupor.

Nailed 4 Jonny Walker Gold Labels in a AirCanada Lounge last night so feeling slight groggy this morning but im off from next thursday till next year.  cant wait to sleep all day and party all night.

I started a new job just a couple months ago so quota wasnt much of a thing this year, its just been prep for a banger next year.
