This was a relatively low effort, low impact deal. A cross sell referral that needed to speed time to market on marketing materials and client response material. We let them run a 1 week POC, testing blew them away and showed immediate ROI. Legal was easy as it was a client for other products. From intro to close, 3 phone calls and less than 20 total emails.
Unfortunately, there’s no growth or upsell potential at this organization so this deal will cap the revenue here.
