That's impressive to hit 4 times in a row...even more so to have a 52% close ratio. Out of interest, any different type of focus to increase close ratio compared to previous years? Did you also tweak ICP to go a little upmarket to increase ACV? Enjoy SoCal.
I only hit two times in the last four years. ๐However, Iโve only been in sales for four years! Basically, I spent most of the year truly focusing on what we call closed nurture and cancelled appointments. If it was in my name and counting against me, I wouldnโt let it go until they bought from someone else - I left no stone unturned and tried not to be wicked annoying. The previous year, I still killed it financially but the ratio was low due to an insane amount of ops and only two salespeople. I just didnโt have time to try and close in home let alone do the follow up work. We are lucky to โownโ our opps as long as we work there. No rehash.
