3 Tactics to Win the Day

I have seen it a few times and felt like I would start this post to see what others felt about it and if they had anything to share to the list.

  1. Hit the Gym before anything else gets done
  2. This way you have NO excuse for not staying healthy but also not making the needed # of calls or if you need to stay late you will still feel accomplished that you have crushed a morning workout
  3. Don't eat until 3-5pm
  4. Does it suck? Yes Will you accomplish 2-3x what your competitor does because you aren't busy stuffing your face? You better believe it.
  5. Added benefit, you'll lose weight and when you do refuel it will be like you are getting a real boost to the gas tank
  6. Prep you entire day the night before
  7. Fail to Plan, plan to fail - it is beyond true in sales
  8. hit your numbers
  9. crush your quota
  10. win the day

Anything you would add to this?

Yeah no.

To each his own but I'm not gonna go the whole day without eating

I prefer to work out before bed to help me wind down and de-compress.

Hold up. Something doesn't add up.

3 tactics to win, 10 bullet points submitted.

I mean, math isn't my strong suit, but I'm pretty sure 3 does not equal 10.

Lol when I typed this up it was 1 with an a/b/c all around the main topic but I guess formatting isnโ€™t right??

Number 1/3/6 are the main points

The only thing i really like about this is the "prep your day the night before."

Iโ€™d add 10 mins of morning sun.
And a cold shower in the morning.
And delaying caffeine/coffee till at least 2 hours from waking up.

Great list btw @lambda

๐ŸšจJDIALZ OFFICIAL RESPONSE:

1) if I get any more muscular Iโ€™ll have to buy all new clothes again and that is fucking annoying.
2) this is really a sub-point of 1), but going to the gym alone will not make & keep you healthy.
3) donโ€™t eat at all, or basically skip normal lunch time? Irregular meals can lead to type2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity.
4) okay so I guess these arenโ€™t enumerated points, just a paragraph with a number before each thought. I want to meet the person who accomplishes 3x what I do all because they skip lunch. I donโ€™t think they exist. Food is fuel, and by 3-5pm your tank is running near empty while Iโ€™m consistently operating like a magnificent killing machine.
5) see: number โ€œ3)โ€
6) Iโ€™m *almost* with you in this one. I like to game out my whole week on Sunday afternoons.
7) I dislike catch phrases used in professional settings. I parry you with โ€œif you donโ€™t have a plan, nothing can actually go wrong.โ€
8) hit your numbers with high efficiency. Need a high percentage shooting from the field as well as high shot attempts.
9) yes
10) yes

Thanks for the feedback.
It all depends on your goals I guess
For me my health is more important than my career so I make I priority #1

It has served me well so far.

And yea the main points are 1, 3 , 6

I formatted on a desktop and it was bullet points under it, not sure why it came out 1-10

Intermittent fasting is dumb. Planning is the only way to survive. Workout when you can fit it inโ€”who cares if itโ€™s 6am, noon or 6pm.

Opinions are like assholes, I am one.

Fitness or personal goals? Iโ€™ve trained full time as a competitor and time didnโ€™t matter so long as I was fueled and well rested. Canโ€™t make recovery work for 1500-2000 cal burns if I donโ€™t eat till 4pm.
