400k fell out of my pipeline today

Just a reminder to always keep prospecting because you will have days like mine where you win one deal but have 3 others all fall out and then bam, half your pipeline is gone.ย 

Even when you win a deal you need to replace it to hit next quarters quota!

It still smarts. I had one of similar size ARR fall out a couple of weeks ago. Sucks, but youโ€™re literally not going to win them all and should always always be building that pipe.

Fun title story, I had a VP where when you closed lost a deal or two would cc the entire c suite in an email berating how you should have had better control of your deals as if our close rate wasnโ€™t 25%โ€ฆ moral of the story, youโ€™re right.
