Bourbon is never a bad choice.

I'm making my signature hibiscus / mint gimlet to celebrate a successful end of a shitty week!

But it's ending really well - just nailed a meeting and have a decent shot at closing a $300k account by November. Not a monster, but revenue is revenue amirite?

Revenue is always key, $1 is better than $0...also pretty interested in that hibiscus/mint gimlet.  What all goes into that?

Take a red zinger tea bag, stick it in 3oz of gin. Add 1-1.5 Oz of simple syrup/agave and the juice of one whole lime into a shaker with ice. Take the tea bag out of the gin, squeeze it to extract all the liquid and pour into the shaker with other ingredients. Shake that shit, and pour through a strainer into glass of choice. Enjoy!

You can also just use a plain mint tea bag and it’s still delicious.

Fridays we usually hit the local watering hole for some beer towers and apps, keep it light.

Saturday however, Mimosas with the F1 Qualifying, Nooners by the time we get to College Football, and then Coors Light during Saturday night fights with a Bourbon night cap.

Pretty much routine for this time of year.
