A/B Testing How often to do it?

If something isn't broke, don't fix it! Thats usually the comment I receive when I propose doing some A/B Testing, but how about if we could do better and we are falling short to what we could become?

I struggle to find the balance on keeping a winner formula and changing it when it seems it is not working.

Any suggestions how long should I give A/B Testing before going another direction? Mainly in cold emails/calling

I'm not sure whether I'm understanding your question correctly, but having only a few (or two, in a/b tests) iterations of what you're saying to customers wont ever be as effective as tailoring specific parts of your mail/talk track for each individual person and org you contact.

A winning formula for person X is great, but it's unlikely to perfectly resonate with someone in a different role/org as well.

I used to do 2 weeks for cold emails. By then I typically had enough data to work with

I try something for 30 days 8f I'm testing. And for sequences and emails, I am always testing something, small changes like the subject line, CTA, should I call or email at that specific step.
