Conversely, my last boss was always gloating aboutย how real leaders are in the boat rowing with the team and that he would never make us do anything he wouldnโ€™t do. Every time we met he would ask โ€œhave you ever had a boss before who would do this for you?โ€ It was bullshit. my current manager is greatย because his actions speak for themselves.ย
