Your job is all just noise and in the end it really doesn’t matter that much. My wife and kids and their health is what matters to me the rest is no biggie

I hear that! It looks pretty obvious but I think we have so much noise and fog in front of us that we can't reallt see what's important out there

1. Prospects receiving a cold call act like your 2 year old not getting a snack
2. Kids are more fun than most adults
But seriously. It changed my entire perspective.

Being a father, I want to be an example, and want my kids to be proud of me. So my lifestyle has changed for the better.

And as much as I want to work a little extra, to make that extra commish to spoil my child, she doesn't care about that stuff, she wants me to spend time with her more than anything. So I've eased up on working so many late nights and it's helped me develop a strong work life balance that I wouldn't have otherwise.

So true, I see that with my partner's child all the time. Time together is far more appreciated than just playing with toys. My mom worked for smirnoff events and travelled all the time, sometimes she'd have tour with the artists or what not so I got a lot of playtime outside, like A LOT, so I can't complain. hahahaha

I work for the name on the back of the jersey and not for the name on the front.  As long as I provide for my family nothing else matters.

When it's family time, it's family time. No half-assing both family and work together. If I have more work to do, it comes after we eat dinner and hang out together.

Also, prospects can't make a decision for shit. I committed 10s of thousands of dollars for strangers to take care of my kid - and I made that decision after a 20-minute daycare tour.

What was your first sales role that made you realize you were born to do this? Mine was girl scouts and moving way more cookies than the rest of my fellow brownies
