This week we launched our first-ever Sales Compensation Guide, a snapshot of today’s market that lets you dive into the weeds of sales comp by role, experience level, city, region, and more.

Whether you’re happy with where you’re at or you’re looking for your next gig, it’s crucial to know what you’re worth and make sure you get paid fairly.

To commemorate this launch, we decided to celebrate the way War Room users express themselves the best: with a poem (who knew we had so much unbridled literary talent?!).

Oh, how I wish before I did know.

Now it’s time to collect the dough,

to a new company, I must go.

But some of us seem to know how it works, 

and are happy with where they currently lurk.

So happy am I for those rare gems, 

and soon, I know, I’ll be one of them.
