There's a big problem of companies making commission plans purposely difficult to understand. Glad you were able to help them out.

It would be best to take those conversations to a DM. If you have an iPhone, then you are good.

Blow it up
You should be reaching out to@sahilwith your solution, maybe you can partner and get full Bravado support.

I can see your offering being of use for many people here who don't get access to their data or have over-complicated plans. Lots enter their deals here anyways and I'm sure Bravado wouldn't mind collecting the the extra data to help their performance index and jobs platform ;)

These kinds of tools are exactly what I'm hoping this platform will roll out in the near future. More support for salespeople.

It always amazes me that companies try to cheat reps out of their commission. Like who do you think you are tricking? It’s so Juvenile and bound to if not be discovered at least suspected which is obviously not in the company’s interest, as it leads to disengagement and your best reps leaving. It’s so shortsighted.

A lot of companies treat their salespeople as disposable. Just a number. If you don't make the number you are out. Those same companies do not provide pay transparency and will mess with your money. Check you pay, it is your right, and you will likely find pay errors. Always happy to answer any questions or provide free advice about it.

I know what they’re doing. I’m saying it’s dumb and not in these companies long term interest.

Luckily for me I don’t have to check anything, since I’m the one building the comp plan 😀

This is great and I know for a fact plenty of companies either cheat, lie, or simply make a comp plan so complicated that you need a PHD to decipher it.

However, part of the rules of this forum is no self promotion. Are you selling/offering your services here?

Yeah, I have heard the PHD one several times before. It is a shame companies are not more transparent with your pay - you earned it. Companies should provide reporting on any changes to a deal from the time it was booked to the time it was invoiced and explain any differences or variances. I have yet to see a single company provide that and I feel all salespeople are entitled to it.

I am not selling any services here. I am just educating, offering advice and offering to help. I assume that is allowed.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I get great satisfaction helping salespeople identify and recover unpaid earnings. This one was a big win. More stores to come, I have been doing this for 25 years.

FEELINGS- Your commission is annual (ARR) but the customer paid monthly (MRR) and if there is a churn in the next few months, the company will deduct by increasing your quota and taking the equivalent amount $$ from your quota in the next month.
