I am honest, I let them know how flattered and uninterested I am in their request. I always leave the door open though, you never know!

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Set up a standard response of "Hey, what's the OTE before we get into it?" and sort based on the response in an email folder. Search from there once a week.

Gotta get that out of the way first. I hate wasting time with recruiters who won't tell you.

genius. it pisses me off when they refuse to tell you until the phone call. if thatโ€™s the case, I will always pass/not respond.

I respond in kindness. If they don't get the hint I block em.

I would tell them your not interested, unless there really are that many coming through, then perhaps just ignoreย

I don't get much but if the recruiter is from the company that I might want to work with (in the future) I ask them politely if I can message them back in the future when I'm ready.

Agreed to this one.ย  ย

When I have time, I politely respond to recruiters.ย  To the ones who are asking me to join them as a developer or something else totally ludicrous (BDR?ย  Really?) I ignore.ย  They're idiots.

Depends what country they're from. I have one certain demographic that's especially obnoxious and rude and I don't respond to them. And no, I'm not a xenophobe, I just have noticed an extremely obvious pattern.
