Acceleration rates

Trying to benchmark acceleration rates for b2b SaaS.. evaluating an opportunity.
right now I'm at large company, 1 million+ ACV quota.  0-50% pays .75x, 51-100% pays 1.25x. 100-175% pays 3x. anything over 175% pays 1.5x uncapped.

what else is out there in the wild?  thanks in advance!

This structure tells me that most reps are sub 100% quota, but they had to create a grading scale to meet the poor performance and keep folks paid/happy.

Had been in a co before where ACV was similar to this. We had less than 100%, 100-150% and 150%+, % was very much similar. Not much diff.

I've seen companies who pay 0% for below 50% (cause should you really collect commission below 50%.  I also found it odd to pay 1.25x for 51 - 100% -- isn't 100% the job?   I have an accelerator that kicks in over 100%, and a commission floor below 50%.  Some companies just over complicate compensation.

My company lowers commission rate after 125%. They claim they would rather have accurate forecasting over more aggressive growth. Am I working for a sales org or a marketing/finance org?

For me:
0-100% pays 1X
100%-150% pays 1.25x
150%-200% pays 1.5x
200%+ pays 2x
No cap

quota is 10X base (a little high), but we have high ticket items.

My SDR team has noticed that their open/reply rates have dropped massively in the last 2 months. Any advice on how to boost the email conversion rate?
