Account Managers Organization

Account Managers,

What in the god-forsaken, mother-loving world do you guys do to stay organized. I work at a small MSP, where our CRM sucks ass (ConnectWise), takes about 25 clicks to register anything productive such as, call notes, outbounding, opportunities, etc. I don't really have time to be in the CRM plugging away at these tasks when my inbox is flooding in with requests, action items and overall dumpster fires. I feel like I don't have the knowledge to structure the day where it's really productive as I don't have many of the tools available at my fingertips.

What programs (preferably free), structured notes, priority ranking, task managing do you use? How do you stay organized with the action items from customers and vendors to organize quotes/orders.

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Oh fuck, ConnectWise is horrible. I dealt with that nightmare and was just running a side CRM. We had Teams so I was logging everything there with prospect folders and using Notes for reminders to do follow-ups.
