A few weeks ago I made a post asking for opinions on my current package. A whopping 91% confirmed my gut feeling that my package was not as good as it could be. Partnered with feeling a little pissed off and under valued in my current role I decided to actively look for another role. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I found one! I am much happier with the proposed package on offer with the new company and have a structured career path mapped out for me in writing.
Just want to say thanks for those who voted and more importantly commented with your views, really hammered home what I already knew.
