This deal took me 4 months and was due to our competitors poor treatment of its customers with random and constant audits of its software users. There maintenance was up as well so they needed someone help them out of a big loss of money due to compliance and to repurchase all their licenses again. We came in after doing some research in the company knowing they used our competitors and that there was a good chance the situation they in fact where in was possible. We do not audit and are 50% cheaper than they charge for licenses as well.
We added ROI/Pricing, ease of use for the application, and customer service/support.
This has been a common theme in the last year with folks leaving out competitor and moving to our platform purely from mistreatment of customers.
