Advice for bringing a new product to market

I was contracted out as a Sales Consultant for the first time to help a mid size hardware/software company bring a new SaaS product to market. Sales team consists of one other person and myself. We have been building a pipeline for about 2 months, no closed sales yet. Who has some good advice on bringing new products to market?
