Advice for setting up appointments

Hi everyone,

I'm starting a new SaaS channel partnership business and am looking for anyone who has built a similar business or has experience in setting up appointments for SaaS sales?

I am currently in process of hiring people in Philippines to cold call for me to set meetings and am currently exploring Linkedin and cold email outreach via video sales pitches. Anyone experience with similar strategy?

Would love to get your advice on what has and has not worked for you in the past while setting appointments.

1. What's your ICP? How far have you explored this? Have you mapped their pain points? How have people responded from initial chats?

2. Are these people trained in sales? If not ooft. If yes, then presumably feed them the above?

2. Video pitches - feed in number 1.

Too many variables without knowing more. I'd recommend you jump on the phones at the start to learn more.

1. My ICP is sales and demand generation heads. I'm currently in process of activating all three channels(cold emails using personalized videos, LinkedIn and cold calling). Pain points of my ICP is already mapped out since the product already has 147 paying customers. Initial chats haven't been done yet.

2. These people are freelancers that provide appointment booking services on upwork.

Email and video are proven methodologies that work if you understand your ICP.

Ensure that your freelancers have good data and that you check in with them regularly to make sure they're on the right path.

Depends upon what you sell and what you are you expecting the outsourced people to do.

I would rather focus on building my relevant list of my ICPs and start outreaching them rather than cold emailing everyone.

If you have budget, try to leverage channels such as partnerstack and the likes which will be more relevant for you.

Would you not - as classic startup founders do - do the initial cold calling and set the meetings up yourself so you can get a gauge for what you want/need & how the public will react and then outsource?
