Just pick up the phone and start dialing! Be fearless and don't take anything personal...Smile and dial baby!

Make sure you're recycling all of your plastics. Trust me, I wish I knew this before I picked up the phone.

Tip #1: Find or build your own method. What works for others might not work for you.

Tip #2: Reverse engineer your metrics. If you need to deliver 10 leads a month, how many prospects do you need, how many emails do you need to send and how many calls do you need to make.

Tip #3: Be your own advocate and your own critic.ย

#1 Test different intros. Just because one script works for someone else, doesnโ€™t mean itโ€™ll work for you because of how differently itโ€™s delivered. #2 Understand who youโ€™re calling. For me, once I get past the intro and state problems relevant to them, theyโ€™re more inclined to listen. #3 Donโ€™t just pitch, tell stories about your customers. With stories, you can weave in your pitch, while also stating challenges relevant to the prospect and what the other side looked like. #4 Ask questions to set up your stories. Chances are your company has multiple case studies, one of which will be relevant to the answers your prospect provides.
