*Advice Needed* Switching from small startup to larger org

I have been an AE at a seed stage startup for going on two years now. I would like to potentially move to a larger org as my benefits don't really exist. However, because we are so early stage we don't have clear quota's and commissions are guaranteed (but very low).

When I am always asked about current quota and quota attainment do I make up numbers close to my closed revenue? Let them know other KPI's we are tracked on?

I would map out your real comp plan, explain the KPIs, etc. This is more valuable to me as a hiring manager because I know that you know your numbers and the way your comp plan works. Tells me you are aware and active, which are important factors for success.

Similar scenario myself.ย

I'd start off as usual with the new company to align skins and then after that approach your boss with your ideas and thoughts. Best to fit in and then approach with these ideas!
