Find opportunities to coach, mentor, and otherwise hone your leadership skills. 

Don't forget about your quota. 

Be willing to try new things with an open mind.

Don't be a bootlicker, but don't openly and publicly question management.

Agreed. I would also add be approachable so your teammates are comfortable coming to you for advice.
