They serve a good networking purpose and bring in a lead here and there. I will absolutely go when they are in person, again...and I haven't gotten any vaccines. Come at me, bro.

It will be interesting to see what happens with trade shows post Covid. I work in the Software Industry and we work within specific niche markets so we've always attended the trade shows for those markets. It's always been a great way to attract new customers, get leads, and be seen in the industry for my organization.
We have about six trade shows that are currently scheduled (pre Covid we would go to about 15 trade shows a year) for this year and I'm excited to start attending them. The earliest one is in June and I'm curious to see how things change (if the trade show even happens).

I definitely miss travel as a whole, but trade show / conference leads have rarely panned in my previous field.
Love the idea of events and trade shows, they are the best for networking and seeing what is new in the market. Webinars only do so much!
