I am working with a client who has an inside sales team selling life insurance and wants to integrate AI into their workflows and tech stack.

Also, AI doesn’t necessarily mean good.
They need to figure out what they want to fix and then deep dive.

Do you know what exactly are they trying to accomplish with AI?

This. Most business leaders I talk to want to implement AI into their business, but have no idea how or even know what they want AI to do. They're just caught up on buzzwords and 99% of the time they just mean they want to automate some of their manual tasks.

Do you mean specific to insurance? I think most sales tools can be used and applied there, particularly with insurance AI should have a lot of information out of the box

Breaking News: You want an AI/ML solution you need data, loads of data. It can’t be in different buckets, and it must be uniformed and labeled. Getting it that way is a hurdle most orgs can’t get over. Those that can already have a solution of some sort.
