AI to auto-populate from Apollo to Hubspot?

I spend a lot of time clicking around between a list of companies in Hubspot, finding them in Apollo, filtering the employees, then saving them, then pushing it back to Hubspot. Seems like an task that would be so easy to automate.

Other than paying someone else to do it (which I am open to), has anyone automated this?

Should be easier with the Apollo integration.

Was that setup as a browser extension or directly in Hubspot for you?

They are integrated, so we can "push to Hubspot" from Apollo, but the time consuming part is all the generic steps before that happens.
1) Going to my company list
2) Opening the record
3) Clicking Apollo, opening in Apollo
4) Clicking Employees
5) Filtering
6) Saving, adding emails if necessary (Sometimes guessing based on format of other company emails)7) Then pushing to Hubspot.8) Creating call tasks for each one

Its definitely not hard work, its just tedious. Id rather use this time to call.

What I mean is that you should be able to use Apollo on an account object and find contacts without leaving Hubspot. Does someone run your sales/revenue operations team?
