An SDR under my desk to shine my shoes and take out my pent up aggression on, a pressure washer for when I want to feel something, and a nice scented oil diffuser.
I have an diffuser at the office and Gargamel really appreciated your suggestion that I get one back when I asked this question forever ago.ย
Not going to brag, but I also get turkey vultures on my deck, overseeing my work.

A SAD lamp, a ring lamp so my virtual meetings are not washed out, a lazy Susan with all my various colognes and sex panther products, and a war room mug. I use all the above daily
Ring light is KEY. I also bought my own webcam so I don't have the stupid side/up angle laptop view.
I have a fidget ball or something of the sort to stave off distractions during meetings.
I've got those grip exercise things. Not as engaging as a fidget device, and helps strengthen hands/forearms.

Not really applicable in the current season, but I keep a small fan on under my desk to keep the feet and nether regions from turning into a swampland throughout the day.
Added bonus is when I wear shorts and I get a shot straight to the nuggets and it makes it seem like I am really enjoying the bullshit my customer is telling me over Zoom.
