Do any company or startup is open to hiring overseas sales talent?
Nearly every company i have seen hiring remote talent is hiring within US.

probably not. the talent pool is pretty large in the states so most companies dont see a need to go over seas.

Most remote US jobs are for those that are in the US, not for those outside of the US. At least this is what I have seen

This is likely the problem. You should look for job boards posting for remote roles in your area.
There's really not much need for American or Canadian companies to look beyond their borders, and a ton of legal/tax implications and red tape.

Very few companies will hire people overseas to sell. There are a number of other legal requirements that make it extra difficult to hire
I would assume the likely answer is no, since there will be things like time zones and visas, especially companies that aren't international don't know how to deal with.
Companies that are not US or CAN based might be different. As others have stated, US/CAN have a lot of candidates and not much interest in hiring external employees with all the tax and legal implications. Some companies are global, though, and may have offices in other countries, but I'm unsure if remote work is possible.
