I think it may be more of an industry specific thing rather than generational. Iโve had to do paperwork on people 25+ years older than me who I suppose thought tenure was a thing in finance. Point well taken. But sales ability and sexual preference are not the least bit connected. To me, the way one identifies has zero bearing on their ability to sell. And is the data actionable? Will they hire a non-binary over a hetero solely for purposes of achieving diversity?
