I had great success with crypto a few years back, and It's great to hear that another giant joins the race, but the beauty about crypto, is that you never know. The prices can drop or grow at any time, you just have to commit to leave or stay and hope you made the right call!

Admittedly I think crypto and blockchain is all hype. That aside, if this is true why would I buy paper towels and cat litter with BTC? If it's a speculative asset that you think will get to 100k then why would you spend it to buy groceries? I don't sell my stock to buy bread and milk...

100% wise words. Lots of folks "take profit" on the road to 100k - amazon is opening its doors for those smart investors. I mean all of them, but you know what I mean because I do agree - wtf would I buy groceries with BTC but if Im in profit and take lets say 5-10% a month - I may buy something more useful just to make the gains real.

These are my thoughts exactly. It's cool to open the option, but we're not using BTC as a currency but rather a store of value.

Amazon can start accepting gold as payment, but I'm not gonna buy an office desk with grandma's earrings.

Hmm in a deeper sense true, but for some of the folks that take little profit percentages - maybe have a business going through amazon, it may make sense - as an adopter.

It's like, on one side I know this tech will boom, but on the other, I'm not sure if it will happen this bullrun because I'm starting to perceive bubbles left and right.

Housing market, stocks... I don't know, people are starting to talk about a massive market crash in the upcoming months.
