antiASKHOLE closed a deal for $3.1k to the Ownership department

Met with this guy about a month ago. He was all set to sign and then *poof*, he was gone. I had to keep reaching out and finally got him with a text message. Turns out he hurt his back and was put on bed rest for almost the entire month and cut himself off from all things work related. He apologized and got the agreement back to me today.
