Hi all!
The War Room seems primarily populated by our friends from the US (for now) and it would be cool to hook up and discuss sales in the Northern Europe region specifically with the differences in cultures and dynamics.
Maybe start with a short intro and a question to back to the group?
I'll kick it off;
I'm starting a new gig in 2 weeks where I'll be helping a data intelligence company to redesign their sales processes (and sell some on the go). The idea behind the tech is twofold. 1: give the users of the customer a way to aggregate and curate data from all of their different sources in one spot (while adhering to authorization levels) and 2. give them a tool to get insight in personal data that they have, but maybe shouldn't.
It seems to me that, even though all the countries in the region speak English very well, using the local language in marketing and outreach makes a big difference. What are your experiences with that?
