We are in the infancy stage of really building out an SDR department.
We have 2 SDRs and a really talented SDR leader... but no one in our company has built out a SaaS SDR department before.
I see a ton of value in paying someone who has done it before to give us some pointers. Save us some mistakes before we start hiring like crazy.
