Any good SDR Org Coaching/Consulting?

We are in the infancy stage of really building out an SDR department.

We have 2 SDRs and a really talented SDR leader... but no one in our company has built out a SaaS SDR department before.

I see a ton of value in paying someone who has done it before to give us some pointers. Save us some mistakes before we start hiring like crazy.

If you have this expertise, or know someone who does that's good at this type of consulting, I'd be very interested to talk to them.

In case it helps, we're at a 3.5M ARR and sell SMB SaaS, deal sizes range 4k-12k.
