Does your current company have an office in those areas? Unless you are in school, you would need to find an in to get there first. I’m turning down people within my org who want to transfer to the U.S. because of this. There is just too much talent out there and the hassle just isn’t worth it unless there is a big reason.
I would target companies with offices or plans to open an office in these counties. That would be the best bet right now.

I think you’re going to have a tough time. There are a lot of sales reps in those countries already, and with the layoffs, many are available to take open roles. Your best bet may be to find and work for a company where you are that has a US presence and see if you can get a transfer that way.

That just put your quest into an entirely different box. You’ll need to have very relevant recent experience with an unblemished track record.

UK would be extremely rare because of Brexit. Ireland I've seen it time to time but also really rare

That’s tough. Sales is a hard job to get sponsored for since there’s so many people locally that can do (not necessarily well) that job.

Doubtful. Most Visa hires are for tech skills.

I made it across the border, for sales... Unrelated company, no intra-company transfer. It was difficult and it's precarious work - tied to one employer no other stuff. I am happy to have a great employer but the stress of renewals and restrictions is tough.

Oh man, that's going to be an uphill battle. Why would they hire you and have to sponsor you when there are so many great candidates in the US/Canada/UK already?!

He could try labia. I also hear there’s a lot going on with work-related hernia.
