Big props for the daily walk and stretches, that's something small that can have a big impact.ย

Monday's I review the pipeline to make sure there are clear next steps for each opportunity, then break down targets for different territories for outreach by marketing and BDRs.ย

1) Weekly Plan

2) Updated Funnel

3) Meeting Preps for the Week

4) 1-Hour of Prospecting Strategy for the week- finding significant events within the territory, and choosing your prospects based on what they are potentially going through.ย  i.e., Natural Disaster, Tax Season ending, articles are written by prospects (LinkedIn, Google Alerts by city, etc.)

5) Anything from the week before that didn't fit within your schedule.

Monday's are my office day.ย  You're only as strong as your strategy.ย  Sales Rep 2.0 (as I call it) needs to be astute to everything that prospect is dealing with in the world around them.ย ย

Writing a strict plan that you hold yourself accountable to will produce more results, increase your opportunity count (due to research, I SWEAR!), and organize your professional life.ย  Which, I'm not if it's the same for everyone, but most top-reps tend to be unorganized and terrible with time management.ย ย

Once I created my office strategy day, my results grew by 35% because I had more time to work with more prospects.ย  I strongly suggest this.ย ย

Glad to help; I did like @Telehealth_2the_Moonย response regarding Big Props.... That's not even the manager's responsibility.ย  Managers are supposed to do that, if it comes from a colleague, for some reason - it feels better.ย  Good callout.

Just checking the calendar once before starting the week. I don't follow any particular checklist though

This. Always checking calendar on Monday so I know if anything out of the ordinary is to be expected this week is huge

I got a sassy email saying "you haven't finished your commission checklist".ย

The thing is, I think that I HAVE finished the list. The list no longer appears on my screen. The only thing I haven't done is exchange commission yet but surely that can't be it?

Is there somewhere I can click to verify what might still be pending on the list?

Am sorry, but I didn't get what you?
Commission checklist email would be cool to have for sure. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

apparently I haven't performed all the tasks on the checklist, but the checklist is no longer visible. So I don't know what I haven't done....
