when ever I hear "you not a culture fit" thats what I imagine them saying. its a lazy way of saying "you dont look like/think like everyone else here"
i worked for a company that told me I was a GREAT culture fit (which was great!) then i realized that everyone at the company looked and thought like I did. which was cool because I made a bunch of friends. But it wasnt cool.....because everyone thought the same

yeah 100%. many software companies just have a reputation of only hiring young white dudes. especially for AE roles haha.
