Any sales reps work at a link tracking/attribution SaaS company?

Bravado's in the process of building our app and looking for a way to attribute app downloads and web traffic across multiple channels, e.g. email, social, etc.

I've used Branch and Appsflyer for similar things in the past -- does anyone here work for them? Or for any competitive companies?

You may need to explore more of a stack approach as 1 tool might not do the trick butย  https://mixpanel.com/ is a good start. Segment as well. HubSpot might be a good platform to bring it all together.ย

I think it depends on what you want to do with the data. Just report on it? or use it for marketing purposes as well? Hope this helps!ย

We already use Amplitude for client-side event tracking and analytics, but what we really need is link attribution.

For example, if a user clicks on one of our posts on Twitter while using their phone, gets taken to the Bravado mobile website, and downloads the app from mobile web, we want to be able to attribute the download to Twitter.

Amplitude doesn't track anything that happens off-platform.

got it. Sounds like you are on the right track with Appsflyler or branch. You might addย  https://www.singular.net/ to your eval. I work for none of them so it seems my usefulness has come to an end here :)ย

Hey Lisaย
I'm from this space and I'd recommend Branch/Appsflyer itself. There are other products like Adjust and Singular, but haven't seen them outperform in the market.

What are you using for CDP?

Singular is beta in Segment.

AppsFlyer and Branch are prod ready for CDP.ย  AppsFlyer usually gets low scores, but has a lot of great sites.ย  Probably a lower cost.

Singular has a lot of potential, Series B but doesn't have the traction that AppsFlyer and Branch has.

What you referenced sounds like Branch all day.ย  I'm doing most of this with open source right now on my web properties.

@Whyteis the expert on this topic, IMO.ย  He could help.
