Any Salesforce Experts/Superusers/Gurus/Ninjas out there?

I moved to a new org a couple months ago and haven't used SF since my job prior to that back in 2015. Looking to get tips on getting my contacts organized and building calls lists/tasks.


Any best practices out there?

Youtube is probably your best resource. Salesforce has a lot of short walkthroughs based on specific modules (tasks, reporting, etc.)

Tbh my company uses salesforce and salesloft and besides updating #s in my salesforce so they reflect correctly in my salesloft I pretty much use only loft

Don't think we have Salesloft, unfortunately. I'm hoping to find someone who uses SF to its fullest but not having much luck so far. Most people use Excel in my org but I want everything centralize for efficiency sake.
