The trick for tech and especially red or blue teamers, they don't like being sold to. So I would go on reddit. I would be helpful, genuine and show that you're one of them. And very lightly and delicately bring up your product. And by bring up, I mean pretty much dont. They will find your product through your posts. Have it as your profile bio or have a link to your website. Something like that. Let them tell each other about it after they try it. If you have to bring it up tell a story and use it as context.

"Here's a story that pertains to the question asked about one time when I was dealing with this problem (I'm an infosec software salesman) and heres how it went."

Just like that. Red and blue teamers hate being sold to and will avoid anything that sounds like sales at all costs. They also have a serious phobia of talking on the phone. So messaging is your friend.

Come prepared with a story about how you helped (or at least your company) make another CISO's life better and why you think this CISO should take time out of his busy schedule to meet with you.

Referrals. They won't talk to anyone unless introduced by someone they know. Build a base of happy clients... Or wait for a breach and pounce.
