Any tips for when your bosses write terrible cadences?

I literally get complaints about the emails and a zero positive response rate. How do you handle this?

Show him the stats and tell him it’s time to create a new one {have new content ready} or at least AB test

You need to use data to convince him. Do an A/B test. Use your cadences for a few weeks while at the same time using his cadences. Report back to him with results

Write better ones, AB test and show your results. Or you can talk to me and I can help you draft some awesome 40% - 50% open rate msg..

Nobody likes when you call their baby ugly. Typically, it takes some tact to convince them. Point out an issue nicely and come with a solution while asking for their help to soften the blow to their ego

Talk through it with them. Bring it up and tell them that you think there are some things that could be changed.

I think most people have nailed it here. If you have previous success, show the results. Most leadership should be open to whatever produces results.

Besides the obvious ones, I always try go for former high level athletes. Helps with the competitive nature of the job. If not, if they had previous experience that required small talk. Something like a bartender.
