Anybody have recommendations for what exchanges to use to buy, sell, and create NFTs

Question

I love cryptocurrency and have been a huge crypto bull since 2017 during the bull run to 20k, but am a complete newbie when it comes to NFTs. Been doing a little research online, but honestly kind of overwhelmed with the many different platforms and websites offering the ability to buy and sell NFTs so I wanted to turn to the War Room and see if anyone has had recommendations/ advice/ ideas on the best platforms to buy, sell, and create NFTs.

P.S My sister is an artist and I keep telling her to turn her actual paintings into NFTs and sell the physical and digital copy at the same time, but she doesn't know how to create NFTs and neither do I so hoping the War Room can provide some helpful tips. <3

So update on this, I actually just found out some more about the process. Basically you can register for OpenSea for free and tie it to an Ether wallet (such as MetaMask referenced in another comment). Once you do that you do have to pay a transaction fee (gas) on your first listing, but it shouldn't be much more than $20 or so. After that, you're free to list as many NFTs as you create for sale, either via bid or with a set price.
