No commute, saved a lot of time and money, can get on with my hobbies whenever I finish my work + my dog is loving it. I also love the random call from my team with the odd joke/meme (but would prefer to keep this level of contact vs 10 hours a day together). yourself?

I can speak more from a non-sales since I have never sold offline, I absolutely love wfh, the comfort and the freedom is amazing, every time there is news about some huge company continuing wfh even after covid, I do little happy dance in my head :p

My previous role was pure inside sales - then moved to my current company and it was supposed to be fully outbound - managed to do 3 trips to the US and on my way back from the 3rd Covid hit - so we had to pivot and become inside. apart from opp generation I'll be honest its actually quite nice - I dont think we will ever go back to full outside sales - it will be a healthy mixย ย

I see ALOT of people who are working f2f sales trying to join our team since our sales is all online and we all wfh. So yea a lot has happened but I think it boils down to industries that are capable of continuing to support this. You can't ask logistics to wfh or shipping for example.

I used to travel 2-3 weeks out of every month and that shut down immediately last March. Still haven't been on a work trip since then, but hoping to start again this summer.ย
I was working remotely before COVID, so the WFH hasn't been much of an adjustment. The lack of travel and being home ALL THE TIME has been the biggest adjustment, and I miss getting out on the road.ย
