Anyone else despise the split second on zoom between the time you say bye and the time you click “end meeting?”

Always just awkward silence and I have to make sure my face doesn't say "what a fucking waste of time" without saying it.

It’s always a race to click “leave” as quickly as I can before I start saying the goodbye to avoid just that. But tbh I hate when I accidentally let a goodbye wave out more. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@GeneralCorp touched on this in one of the Creme de la Corp videos - He says he hovers the mouse over the leave meeting button even before he begins to say bye.

Forget leaving early. I relish in the awkward. Start saying bye and hold it until the last person leaves.

I often get nervous the meeting didn't actually end and they're currently watching me make faces and swear under my breath.

Nah I say bye y'all as I'm ending the call.

Lol yes, speaking of zoom though it is nice during presentations to put the actual slideshow on the monitor without the camera and have the meeting notes on the monitor with the camera. If you wear blue light glasses it’s much easier to stick to the script. #TheMoreYouKnow

It's my awkward reach for the camera cover I hate seeing.

Lol this is so true. No one wants to see Gary stick his tongue out while he attempts to navigate to the "End Meeting" button.

Anyone ruined getting a meeting by being too impatient after they suggest times but don't confirm straight away?
