Anyone have luck sending gifts to prospects pre-meeting? (i.e. Sendoso, Alyce, etc.)

Our company is making a big push to utilize these tools and send prospects gifts to spark interest. I personally have only had success with sending gifts post meeting being booked. Anyone have luck sending gifts to spark engagement and get the prospect into a meeting?

I don't believe in sending gifts to get someone to take a meeting...if I have to bribe them to take it, are they really a qualified prospect? Some will disagree but that's my opinion and I'm stickin to it.

Personally not a huge fan of enticing people with gifts to take meetings, and yet marketing wants us to do this as we just switched to Alyce.

Marketing is king of wasting money so the fact that they're pushing gifts is not surprising...

Oh they're wasting money alright with this initiative, in our Alyce training yesterday they told us and walked us through 5 campaigns they want us to run. They're better off just burning money in my face via Zoom.

I've only done this once, becuase the prospect's company was super close, found the address online and set her favorite flowers, according to her LI.

First of all, your profile picture is freaking hilarious.

Second, learning about tools like Sendoso have come directly from the War Room. I didn't know sites like this existed.

If you search Sendoso in the search bar you'll find many threads with user experiences like this one:

Sendoso coffee cards have landed me a couple meetings, but my manager hates approving them.

Sending out gifts hasn't worked out too well in the past. Even if they show up, it could be for the gift and not a qualified prospect.

This is something I have been looking into. I am all for the best practices.

For all you mail mergers out there, do you see more success emailing one DM or all DMs on a custom thread? I've noticed that putting all relevant DMs on one campaign that is 100% customized to their business has a much higher response rate (28% meeting sucess)
