Anyone here sell RPA software?

Hello savages,

i'm currently speaking to two vendors in this space for an IC sales role.

Any first/second half feedback? Both are leaders in their space on paper, although the techies seem to think one of them has the "better" product so I'm keeping that in mind. (probably not too hard to guess the vendors)

From a salesperson's perspective.. has anyone worked in the space or know someone who has?

interested in any feedback.

Glassdoor or RepVue have been useful to a point.

thanks!

I know a few reps at UIPath who seem to love it there and the space was created by them and they grew it out so it seems others are trying to catch up. Best of luck in the DM process

I have a friend at AA, he is quite happy but haven't spoken in detail. What exactky are you looking at, better product, work culture, Compensation, Quota achievement?

Thanks! Bigger problems to fix (bigger/more strategic deals), a hot growing industry in a leading company, strong sales leadership and great culture. Ideally lol

Used to work for Nintex who acquired Foxtrot. Honestly the RPA space is dominated by BluePrism or UIpath, RPA seems to be a tool that you give to a specialist and they create things that just run on virtual machines in the background.

In terms of business process management, it helps quite heavily for the no-code folks.

But RPA works as a great insurance policy in the event that a wave of repetitive administration comes in, E.g when target had their loyalty/credit card details pulled up in a possible data leak they needed to inform cardholders ASAP.

I just took a role straddling the two, Account Manager and Enablement... not sure what to expect. Following this, hoping I didn't sink my ship.
