My company is shopping for a new ticketing system and I did everything I could to pull in a demo meeting and the fucking SDR and AE decided to not do the demo and instead wanted to do an exploratory call which they sounded bored on. Way to blow it. So, if you go to work for them, do better than that.

Not sure what the context is here but Zendesk has a LOT of people coming for them and it's going well for the upstarts.
