I've been in advertising sales for 5 years, so I'm used to a high pressure close. In cannabis, when I try to push a sale, I more often than not lose the sale. Would love to hear best practices!

In Ontario, the way things got started with cannabis retail sales was pretty nuts. They did a lottery with the licenses to have retail dispensaries which were essentially just a license to print money. I donโt think itโs as restrictive now but it basically gave way to people with no business experience getting lucky and then having no problem to get significant resources and financial support from investors.
